Obituary

Kendall Wayne Toothaker “Toot” passed away Monday, August 10,2020 after an illness at Scotland Memorial Hospital in Laurinburg, NC. He was 73.

Kendall was born in Madrid Maine on October 12th, 1946 to John and Elvie (Dumham) Toothaker. He was one of 11 children He is survived by John, WandaLyn , and Cheryl. He preceded by his parents, Earl, Leland, June, Bruce, Jeffery, Ronald, and Robert. Also, his wife of 48 years Linda Diane (Seals) Toothaker. He is also survived by his only child Renae Louise Whitney (Toothaker) and her husband Schuyler Martin Whitney II, Grandsons Eben Andrew Wing, Tyson Kendall Wing, Eldon Ronald Wing, Schuyler Martin Whitney III, Remington Ford Whitney. Also Step Granddaughters Breanne Cochran, Alisha Holtorf, Britney Whitney, and Candace Crawford. He has many nieces, nephews, and other loves ones. Kendall worked for many years at CA&T lumber company in strong Maine.

He loved to go snowmobiling in the winter, camping and story land in the summer. He loved to haul junk and do crazy things that seemed impossible! Like hauling 10-ton planners from the mill to a good friend many miles away with a pickup truck! He was always making jokes and being crazy! He loves NASCAR and wrestling. He loves to tinker and “fix” things. He loved Diet Coke, coffee and corn chips. He loved going mudding or mud bogging as the say in the south. He attended New Hope Baptist Church and was involved with Chesterville Grange until he moved to South Carolina 4 years ago. He was a fun-loving man! He will be deeply missed by many!!!
